  •          The company name is obtained in its entirety and all rights reserved, and it is forbidden for anyone to use it for any purpose (except for advertising), without consulting our team.

Regarding orders and payments, the following instructions are provided:

  •          Payment on delivery to an ACS courier of your choice, including the shipping costs, unless the order exceeds 60 euros.
  •          By payment via REVOLUT.
  •          In case an order was placed and for reasonable grounds the buyer cannot visit the chosen ACS courier, please inform the team as soon as possible to liaise with the shipping company, to avoid unnecessary costs to the buyer.
  •          However, in case an order was placed and for incomprehensible and unknown reasons, the team is not informed and the buyer does not receive the order, our company is able to politely refuse to accept an order from the same customer again.
  •          In case the customer makes a payment via REVOLUT, and would like to cancel the order for valid reasons before the product is shipped, then the whole amount is returned to the customer.
  •          We advise the customer to always check the products upon receiving them for any damages etc.

In case of complaints, we inform that:

  •          You have the options to contact us via phone, on our Facebook / Instagram pages and via e-mail: support@to.thaumataki.eu. We are committed to answering and resolving all your questions and complaints within a reasonable period of time.
  •          All our products are tested before for the best possible customer experience. In case the customer is dissatisfied with one of our products (in bad condition, torn, broken, scratched, etc.), please contact us via the aforementioned options. The product check in such cases, before shipping it to the buyer is always done thoroughly and photographed so that the company has evidence and is transparent towards the customer.
  •          All products are covered by a 2-year warranty according to EU regulations.
  •          In case a customer uses our company's product incorrectly and causes damages, the company is in no way responsible. Please ask the company before using the product if you are not sure.

 

The customer has the option to subscribe to receive notifications about offers and more via e-mail by the team, given at the bottom of the website. Our company also protects your personal data and uses it only for the purchase of our products.
